Demo Rides

You're always welcome to ride anything on the floor around town, keeping things clean, to get an idea of what a bike feels like, how it fits, etc.  If you want to demo a bike on the trail, however, we can do that too - all bikes on the floor are available for rent!  Check out the Rentals page above for more info.

New Bikes

Our new bikes go through an extremely thorough build process and are ready to be ridden hard.  Some shops put a bike on the floor in 20-45 minutes; we take 1.5-4 hours per bike, making sure everything is dialed. 

Returns 

We accept returns within two weeks of purchase, with original packaging and receipt, and less a 15% restocking fee. Exceptions: Need a different size, etc?  We will exchange or refund, for store credit, your purchase. No returns on bicycles.

Special Orders  

While we try to stock a lot of great product, there is no way we can stock all the products out there that you may want or need.  In that case we can get what you're after, usually within a week but sometimes within two days, depending on the item.  We may require a 50% down payment on special orders, depending on the item.  Come down or call and let us know what you're looking for!

Layaway  

This is pretty simple.  You see a bicycle you like; you don't have the full purchase price up front; you can put down 25% of the final cost of the bike and pay the balance within two months' time.  Layaway is final.  In other words, don't put a bike in layaway unless you want it!

 

Online Store

Shipping

We ship all orders placed Monday-Friday within 24 hours.  We ship via USPS (mostly Priority Mail) to the lower 48.  Alaska/Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges.  At this time we don't ship internationally - sorry!  Most places in the lower 48 are 3-4 days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all products, plus $1 for each additional item.  We have found that most often, this results in us subsidizing shipping to you - you win!

Taxes

Colorado residents will be subject to 3% sales tax.

Returns

All sales are final.  We're happy to answer any questions about gear that you may have before your purchase.  We specialize in providing our customers hands-on, real-world information based on actual experience!  Exceptions: Need a different size, etc?  We will exchange or refund, for store credit, your purchase.
